Q:  What size apartments do you offer? 

A:  We offer a variety of apartments from studios up to three-bedroom apartment homes.  These will vary depending on each location.

Q:  What is included in the rent?

A:  Utilities are considered a separate expense outside of your monthly rent at all of our communities.  You will be responsible for your electricity, which is to be paid directly to the electric company, water/sewer and trash, which is paid in addition to your rent to the Leasing Office each month.  Some communities have additional utility charges, which will be disclosed upfront.

Q:  Are you communities pet friendly?

 A:  Some of our communities are pet friendly.  Please make sure to discuss with the leasing agent when you are exploring your rental options.  For those communities that are pet friendly, they will allow up to two pets per apartment, cats or dogs only please . . . everything else can stay the same.

Q:  What happens if I need to terminate my lease early?

A:  Termination policies can vary from community to community.  Please discuss with the leasing agent when you are exploring your rental options.
